Refund policy

The purchase of Chamspy Pro software is regulated by this refund policy. Please read carefully before making the purchase, as the following policy determines your rights, including limitations and exclusions.
In the event that you have technical issues with the software, all you have to do is just send an email to : help@chamspy.net The support request will be taken care of by one of our technicians. We firmly believe that every possible problems can be solved with the help of our technicians.
Subject to the applicable laws and this Refund Policy, you may be eligible to receive a refund no later than 14 days from the day of your purchase, provided that the refund reasons do not conflict with the Refund Policy conditions outlined below.
If a user has installed and activated Chamspy Pro, we may ask him/her to demonstrate that the product does not meet his/her expectations, compared to what is indicated in the product description at the time of purchase.
1)No refund will be issued after 14 days have elapsed since the purchase date.
2)The claim for refund may apply only to primary subscription. If you subsequently purchase a Chamspy Pro license again, you will not be able to receive a refund.
3)No refund will be granted if the target device has lost connection with Chamspy subscription due to the absence of internet access, factory reset, temporary service interruption, coverage problems, or update to the latest operating system version.
4)No refund can be made if the monitored device is not owned by the user, or the user has not got consent from the owner of phone to install the software.
5)In case the user wants to install Chamspy Pro on an incompatible device, no refund will be granted. Chamspy Pro is now compatible with the latest versions of Android and iOS devices.
6)We do not issue any refund due to personal reasons(I’ve changed my mind, software was not used, etc.).
7)No refund will be issued if the user refuses to receive technical assistance, does not follow the installation instructions, or does not receive the data saved on target phone before the installation of Chamspy Pro.
The refund request must be sent to Chamspy support team via an email at help@chamspy.net. We do not accept refund requests made via Live Chat or by telephone. The decision to grant or not the refund takes within 7 working days.
